About MRA Institute
MRA is an independent research organization based in Kabul, conducting tailor

Research HubMRA seeks to optimize research in Afghanistan through collaborations, peer review, and citation of existing research for the country and region. We also seek to promote up and coming academics by showcasing research and hosting speakers.
Online Submissions
MRA seeks to foster an international community of scholars and professionals who are dedicated to the study of Afghanistan. MRA invites scholars globally to submit Papers on pertinent issues in Afghanistan related to security, governance, rule of law, reconstruction & development, or media. Shortlisted candidates will be contacted prior to publication on MRA website. Authors in Afghanistan will be invited to present their work at MRA HQ in Kabul.
